If you are the recipient of child support NO, it is NOT listed as income. If you receive spousal support, however, then that is listed.

Yes, but make sure you list it in the right place, you don't pay income tax on it, it is paid by the ther party.

yes.
he will identify it as a deduction which means that he is identifying that he gave this money to you.
you have to list it as income.
ok. you don't have to but if you get caught you will pay fines and penalties from the time it was received until you settle up with the IRS.
