I want to find any relatives of my mother that was adopted . Is there ant message boards or chat rooms of adoptees looking for siblings or relatives ? .

Every state has a registry. Try that first. Then below are a couple of Blogs, first a search, then 2 blogs for adoptees.

Yes there are!!! Adoption.com is a great place to start. Place the info you have out there then join in of tons of message boards. They have a board for every state in the USA. Many many search angels who would love to help you through the process.
Also TxCare.org if the adoptee was born in Texas. (many others post there too, not just Texas born adoptees) They also have great message boards.
I am an adoptee and found my birth family with the help of other on messege boards, giving me great advice.

Use Yahoo messenger. The site has several possibilities. Use your local courthouse too. They will put you in touch with the office that issues out birth certificates.
