Well not knowing what state you are in or any other details the best summary is that you have pretty much scr*wed yourself pretty good.

1) You will, of course, be liable for the accident and any costs. Hopefully no one was injured because the costs to repair things pale against the costs of injuries, future earnings, pain and suffering, etc..

2) You will receive a citation for driving without a license and perhaps one for driving without insurance. If your car was unregistered because of no insurance well you might get the whole enchalada.

3) You will likely NOT get a driver's license for some period (a year or so perhaps).

4) If someone WAS injured you may get jail time or perhaps probation.

5) Since it sounds like you have no defense against any of this you can definately plan on having a very thin wallet for some time.

6) Oh yeah, I almost forgot.. if YOU don't own the car you were driving, the owner can plan on a little misery too unless you had taken the car without permission. (In which case add that to the other chararges you will be facing...

Its going to be an expensive lesson for you and perhaps for others... I truly hope you (and perhaps others) will at least learn from it.

Good luck..

You will be ticketed and fined for driving without a license.

You will be ticketed and fined for driving without mandatory insurance.

You will be ticketed and fined for whatever the cause of the accident was, perhaps failure to yield, following too close, running a stop sign, whatever the behavior was that caused the accident.

You will be required to make whole the person you injured as a result of the accident. You will have to have their vehicle fixed unless the cost of repairs is more that the worth of the vehicle, in which case you will have to give them the worth of the vehicle just before you wrecked it.

If there were any injuries that had to be treated, you will be responsible to pay the costs of any treatment required.

You may have to pay for any pain and suffering caused.

You will have a very difficult time getting a license or finding insurance now that you have this on your record. You will probably be introduced to the wonderful world of the SR 22 requirement for at least 3 years.

If the police were involved then you probably were already sited. No jail unless under the influence of something or weapons were involved. The DMV will fine you (not much) and will pay for any expenses the other person incures(d). The "other persons" insurance company will go after you for the amount of money they had to pay out. If they were not insured they can still take you to small claims court for money they lost.

You will be cited for driving without a license and driving without proof of financial responsibility.

You may be arrested.

The car will be towed from the scene and may be impounded -- in CA the vehicle will be impounded for 30 days even if it isn't yours.

Your right to operate will most likely be revoked until you pay for ALL of the damages that you caused.

You face several hundred $$$ in fines.

You may have to do SR-22 filings once your right to operate is restored.

Let's see if I've got this right. You drove an automobile into an accident. At the time you had neither insurance on the vehicle nor a valid driver's license. If I've got the story correct my friend, and there are no exigent circumstances, don't you need to be incarcerated?

You will be fined for the following offences,
Driving without a license
Driving without insurance
Also the other partys insurance will sue you personally (or your parents if your are under 18) and will win.

If they too had no insurance they can still sue you for all damages and medical expenses related to this accident

Depends on how bad the wreak was. That happened to my brother and it totaled his truck and the other ladies car. Long story short his wages were garnished till everything was all paid for. He wound up having to pay for her car, hospital bill, her medical bills, etc...
