Hello,
This is good if he also makes Eye Contact with you. He is open and wishes to tell everyone he meets that he is watching. You do not want a dog that does not make Eye contact. It is not a matter of him wanting more attention as it is he is alert and watches everyone to be sure they are safe to have around. If he acts aggressive towards someone, get that person out, he may know something you do not about that particular person. He is trying to protect his pack without being aggressive.

ok that occurs to mu chihuahua too and the 1st time he grew to become into chocking for like a mind-blowing minute so i freaked out i lifted him up from his legs and commenced to run around whilst he grew to become into unbelievable the different way up and this helped him.yet considering the fact that i dont wanna try this extreme action each and all of the time .everytime this occurs i lifts the two his back legs up and stress him and push him to stroll forward on his palms for like 20 seconds and he gets thoroughly nice!i think of this only helps him to give up being so excited and communicate approximately something else so he starts off to breath commonly back!i took him to the vet and he informed me that some canines are only snorters and theres no longer something you're able to do approximately it.goodluck:)yet heavily you should attempt my approach.

there could be so many reasons. does he have to go "potty"? if not then maybe he is just trying to figure people out. dogs do have a vocabulary of limited amount. maybe he is listening to people talk. he could judge people to see if he likes them. the fact that he is doing this seems like he is very perceptive. jack russels are VERY intelligent.

Jack Russel's love attention.

Maybe you should try giving him more attention, and see what happens.

That could be the answer, or could not. You should give it a try, maybe he is just looking at other people, hoping they will come pet him or something.

Most dogs will make eye contact. It's up to you to figure out what he wants.

It's his way of trying to talk to you.....my boyfriend always makes fun off me when I tell him that our boxer is trying to tell him something when he looks at him.If you are really in tune with your dog you will start to understand what he's trying to tell you.Basically you just have to learn to speak dog.....seriously....I'm not making fun off you.
