When is the best time to exercise to lose the most weight/inches off of your body?

early in the morning when u get up
wash up and have one glass of hot water with half lemon juice and one table spoon of honey
and start exercising
i assure u . you will lose 10 kg weight in 1 month

Actually, everyone seems to be correct. It doesnt matter what time you work out at. In actuality though, you know your TRUE weight in the morning. when you go to the bathroom or do you're daily routine in the morning, that is when you know how much you actually weigh. Cardio is going to be your best friend. the Stair Stepper and Ellipical are becoming VERY popular when wanting to lose inches and weight at the same time. its high indurance on both machines. If you do train early in the morning, you're more likely to injure as your muscles haven't warmed up yet. having said that, if you warm up properly before exercise, this won't be a problem.

there isn't a particular time of the day that loses the most weight.

i find i run better in the evening as opposed to the morning, but that's just personal preference, and probebly what i said above.

most athletes excerise /train in the early morning.

So do trainers of horses.

Why this is so I don't know.

What is the harddist thing to do when training - getting out of bed.

Just get you sorry bottom out of bed and go for it honey.

Not that it will be easy - If is was everyone would be fit

The reality is a little sadder

no junk food in the house will also help.

But if your from the USA the difference between junk and food may not be apparent .

Usually in the morning....if you start off that way, you will be more apt to stick with your diet, which is important in weight loss, through out the day.....take it from me, I lost over 20 lbs in 2months.....

There is no specifice time, just excercise at least 3 times a week.
