1/2 cup Soy Sauce
10 oz bottle Asian BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoons Roasted Sesame Seeds
8 oz jar Hoisin Sauce
6 oz bottle Louisiana Sauce
1 cup Hot Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
I bunch of Green Onions
3 Thai or other hot chili peppers seeded
Giant bag of fresh or defrosted Chicken Wings
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender (Except for the chicken wings and sesame seeds)
Blend well until mixed.
Place chicken wings in Zip lock plastic bag. Pour blended mixture on top and add the sesame seeds. Close the bag and marinate the chicken wings overnight in the refrigerator. Make sure you move the chicken around by squashing the bag so that each piece of chicken gets covered with sauce (I do this several times during the marinating process)
Remove the wings from the bag and place them in a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. NOTE: I baste the wings once or twice with the marinating sauce while they are cooking. Enjoy!!!!

Spread the wings on a cookie sheet rubbed with a little oil, bake at 425 for 30 minutes, and then toss in a bowl with sauce- I generally use half melted butter and half Texas Pete's, but you can make other sauces, too (all these recipes are in proportions- you'll need about a cup for every 24 wings, so do the math).
1/4 honey, 1/4 hot sauce, 1/4 ketchup, 1/4 butter, and plenty of pepper is really good and barbecue-y (is that a word?) For some completely non-authentic but delicious island flair, try 1/2 butter, 1/4 brown sugar or honey, 1/4 cider vinegar, and a very generous shaking of Jamaican Jerk seasoning. For people who hate spicy stuff, honey and butter with a splash of vinegar and salt and pepper is good. And for the Orange Bowl, add some orange juice to the non-spicy sauce, I've never tried it myself but I am sure it would be delicious.

As a former Buffalonian...this is the only and best recipe I know of for truly authentic Buffalo Wings.
deep fry (yes, do not bake) wings by the batch.
Throw in a large tupperware type bowl. Add sauce as desired (equal parts butter and Durkee Frank's Hot Sauce)
shake well to coat...and serve with celery and Blue Cheese Dressing.
Note: To adjust the heat of the sauce...add a few more shakes of hot sauce.

Buffalo Wings - In a sauce pan melt a stick of butter add some "Red Hot" Sauce (amount depends on how hot or mild you want them) stir together. Brush or Spoon over Oven Baked or Deep Fried Chicken Wings.
Serve with Blue Cheese for dipping and celery sticks.
They go really fast in my house. enjoy!
