the icons and the desktop are not shown,the start button is also not shown,only the wallpaper is shown and the cursor,the right click of the mouse is not working

Try starting up in safe mode and see if it still happens (right before the Windows screen shows, press F8 and select safe mode). It may be a virus, or some program on your system may be hogging all the resources or crashing the system. It also could be a bad device driver or bad Windows Update. If you can get to the task manager (press ctrl-alt-delete in Windows) check to see if any processes are using near 100% CPU - that is most likely the source of the problem.

Reboot into safe mode(press F8 at startup). If mouse and such start working again, run virus and spyware scans. Then reboot into Windows and see if problem disappears.
