You could try Phisoderm, a gentle exfoliating scrub, or those Biore' strips for blackheads. A light lotion is ok, if needed, but I would avoid anything heavy or oily.
I am lucky, my Crested has good skin, just some blackheads on his thighs.
The things I have suggested are commonly used by Crested breeders. Cresteds often have crappy skin, as I am sure the questioner is aware. Take it to the Vet, for blackheads??? LOL! And yes, Cresteds DO have blackheads and pimples/acne as well. Don't answer questions if you don't know anything about the topic.
BTW - I assume we are talking about a Crested DOG, as is in the photo. Not a REPTILE, as you are using for your source. Dogs, NOT reptiles. I do not know anything about reptiles, nor would I answer questions about their care.

if your crested is having issues with it's skin, you need to take it to the vet, the things the other person recommended is way off base and could KILL your crested! Those aren't black heads, They have something to do with breeding.
