Personally, I believe the French have such sexy accent if they talk in English…. I know that, I’m half French! LOL!

The only people with true English accents are the English. If a "sexy" Frenchman speaks English, he is speaking with a French accent. If I speak any other language but my own, I'm speaking with an American accent.
