I smoke, socially.
I'm all for banning smoking in public places as in Ireland where I live, it's worked well. I don't stink in the morning and I meet some top notch people when I nip out for a fág.
However, I don't agree with people who bang on about smokers who are doing them no harm. It's their choice and no matter how much you hate it, it's none of your buisiness.

I am currently giving up..................not the best person to be around!!!! To be honest it is not the fact i am scared of cancer as several non-smokers have already contracted it in my family and some have died. I did it for the fact i cannot stand the smell of cigs if that makes sense. I don't think people should be judged for smoking........It's their lungs and health!!!!

No one who has any sense smokes these days. It doesn't matter if you think it will not affect your health it always does in the end.

i am a non smoker. i gave up smoking 3 days ago and apart from having a sore throat and a cough i feel great lol.

no. my father died of lung cancer, both from smoking and working with torches as a mechanic. my mom developed ovarian cancer, probably not from smoking, but scary enough. my uncle has clogged arteries in his neck and legs due to smoking. sometimes want to just go up to girls especially and tell them do they know what they are doing to thier bodies, they won't look so pretty with no hair due to chemo. if you are a smoker, please stop.

i smoke and i admit that its one of the most disgusting habits ever and very addictive i keep trying to stop but i never quite manage it but im going to try again soon please dont start smoking it makes u smell like a walking ashtray

Did you mean who smokes?!?! If you did...I DO!! And its nasty. You can smell the cig smoke on you when you get done. And your fingers smell. Its nasty. NEVER SMOKE!! Its VERY bad for you!
