There's so much bullcrap on tv and in magazines. I really just want the truth. For a chubby person...I need to lose at least 35-40 pounds. And I'd like to do it quickly which is why I am hoping to turn to diet pills for help. Also do you need ID to buy them?

As a formally chubby person myself. I can with a clear mind tell you NO! The only thing that works is life-change. { watch what we eat and become more active. I know the feeling of oh no exercise, however, keep in mind if you're participating in no exercise at all, anything you do will help and the more you do it the more you'll like it and the more you'll be able to do. Yes diet pills can be a quick fix but it's temporary and dangerous. You will find yourself caught in the yo-yo madness which is more dangerous than being slightly over-weight. Please remember every time you take diet-pills and start to regain weight you will always gain more weight than you started with.

The main ingredient in diet pills is caffine. That said the only thing I would take as a "siet" pill are green tea pills. if you have time to make and drink a couple cups of green tea a day, then I wouldn;t go with the pills.

Green tea pills have help me lose bodyfat, I'm not going to say all of my success is to them. I also have a very good diet and exercise routine in place, but I know, tey have helped.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

Age has no relevance to your weight. Its height vs weight, just as chassy decides how much load it can in a vehicle.
Men 1=1kg=2.2lbs and women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
Now you can arrive at whether you are over weight or underweight
With cellular nutrition you can lose/gain/maintain weight based on certain guidelines by the authorised consultant- a concept that is popular in 63 countries,in the last 26yrs!!
You can generate your ID to get them

Yes there are but they have terrible side effects like anxiety attacks and palpitations. I have the same amount to lose and I have just joined Weightwatchers, in my experience the faster it comes off the quicker and more that piles on.

diets full stop are a waste of time in my opinion.

if you want to lose weight - exercise more. eat what you want (obviously within reason).

don't understand people who cut out certain foods from their life.

There is no magic cure, darlin'.

Eat less, burn more calories. The good news is you don't need ID in order to do that. It's free, too.
