If you've got legitimate proof then leave it at the police office ~ better yet, slip it under the door or mail it snail mail.

You'll make the right decision, I'm sure!

If the department is a big city, turn the evidence over to Internal Affairs; if a small city/department, to the chief or assistant chief, nothing lower than a captain.
My question, since you are on probation, is whether your are acting out of a sense of "right" or "revenge" against cops in general.
If the cop is married, arrange for his wife to learn about it; if not, what is the age of the girl? If she's over 16 in most states, she is above the age of consent and no crime has occurred; at most it will be unethical. If the girl is under 16, statutory rape is the charge and very damaging, even if unfounded.

The best thing you can do, under the circumstances, is call and leave an anonymous message at the school or police department. Tell them what you know, and they can do an investigation. You do not necessarily have to get involved. If what you say is true, it would be wrong of you not to say something. If what you say is not true, the investigation will likely find that he didn't do anything. It is not usually that difficult of a case to prove, one way or the other. That said, I agree with what others have said. If you're acting out of revenge and not truth, then it is something that will come back and bite you!

First of all, you don't need proof. You can make an anonymous call to the department and to rouse suspicions. Then I would have another person call in as well with the same information a few days later. That way the allegations would be taken more seriously.

Ugh. Do you have evidence? That's a big accusation to make. You must be sure of what you know.

Notify a school administrator like a principal. They are obligated to contact the police. If what you are saying is true then this guy is bad news. Do the right thing.

If the "school girl" is of legal age then there is nothing you can do about it. You need some type of evidence, but generally you would contact the police chief or if it is a bigger department you can contact a detective.

You will have to have proof that it's actually true. By what you wrote it seems that the girl is under age. Notify the chief in the police department with your proof.

is she over 18?

it's a serious accusation, I would have real proof, video, audio ect, make 4 copies and give one to the chief of police, one to the news papers and one to internal affairs, you've heard about the blue wall of silence and we protect our own crap. keep a copy for yourself.

first you need to be sure that this affair is actually happening. don't accuse anyone of sexual misconduct unless you have some kind of proof.
call his direct supervisor and tell them what you know, when they ask who you are just tell them you prefer not to leave your name.

Get someone else to get hard evidence! Personally, I'd get an attorney as whistle blowers don't fare well in our corrupt system! :-)=
