Well I hate to break it to you but they don't have the kind of games you are looking for.
In a casino you have a choice. You can either play a game with a low house edge, where you can't win much, or you can play a game with a big house edge with a chance to win big, but winning is unlikely.
Blackjack is always a good beginners choice because it is simple to play.
If you want to win big, just play the slots. The odds are really against you, but you could win a life changing amount of money and anyone can play. Play quarter machines max credits.

I recommend that you play baccarat if you want to play a game where the house does not have a big edge but you don't have to learn any strategy either. Just avoid betting the tie. Both the "player" and "banker" wagers have about a 1% house advantage and you just have to guess which hand will be the winner.
You can play online casino games for fun or real money at http://www.ranked-online-casinos.com/no-deposit-bonuses.html
Many of the online casinos there will give you a number of free chips to use where you can win real cash. You can also play unlimited amounts in guest mode too. That way you can get acquainted with the games before you go to a casino.

Blackjack has a low house edge (about 1%) if you make _every_ decision correctly (i.e., when to double, when to split, when to surrender, when to hit, when to stand). But if you make a reasonable number of incorrect decisions (most beginners do) you give the house an edge of 5-10%
Roulette has a house edge of about 3% with one zero and 6% with wheels with two zeros.
If you play the pass line only at craps you give the house an edge of about 1%. If you play the pass line with half your bet and then take odds with the other half of the bet you give the house an edge of only about 0.5%. You won't win a million but you can stay at the table a long time and have fun. IMHO playing only the pass line and odds at craps is the best for a beginner. Best of all, you don't have to understand the game or make any decisions.
Just find a craps table with an open spot, put the minimum bet on the area that says "Pass" and ask the dealer how to take odds. They will be (usually) happy to explain it to you. Then just sit back and enjoy the ride.
STAY AWAY from all the other bets (hard ways, "buying numbers" etc) which have house edges of about 5%. People love to do these but they are terrible bets.
Playing the "come" bet is also a good move (same odds as the pass line) but it's hard to understand and it's easier to stay away at the beginning. Once you understand how you win/lose on the pass line bet, ask a dealer or one of the other players to explain the "come" bet.
There are a lot of good introductory gambling books out there that explain the odds of the different games.
The most overlooked factor in gambling is MONEY MANAGEMENT. Even if you are playing a game with reasonable odds you can hit a run of bad luck and lose your shirt. DO NOT go into a casino without a fixed amount of money you are planning to play with. Be sure that you can afford to lose it and you won't have your trip spoiled. If it will spoil your trip to lose your stake, you shouldn't go at all because it can happen to anyone.
Make up your mind before you go in that if you lose your ($200) you will walk away and under no circumstances will you put out any more until your next trip. If you doubt your resolution, take a friend to help you, or leave your credit cards and ATM card at home.
Likewise, it's important to have an exit strategy if you win. If your plan is to keep winning and keep winning and keep winning . . . you won't! Eventually you'll lose and go home with nothing. You need a plan to get out with some of your winnings if you do win. I use one of the following two exit strategies
1. If I double my stake, I quit and I do not play again that trip.
OR
2. If I double my stake, I take half my winnings and put in my pocket and do not play with again that trip. The other half I go nuts with in hopes of a big score. For example, I go in with $200. I win $200. I put my original $200 and $100 winnings in my pocket and do not play with them again that trip. I take the other $100 winnings and play like crazy hoping to make $1000. It never happens but at least I walk away with my $100 winnings.

blackjack has the best odds. you win big by getting lucky! and playing the maximum amount you can bet on the table. if i were you, though, i would start with the slots, especially if you have never gone before. good luck!
