Where can I buy prescriptions online? preferably COD. as I dont have a credit card. I have been on these meds for months. insurance ran out and I was hoping I could buy the meds without cost of dr visit

But for this purpose you should have a credit card or have an opportunity to pay preparations with the electronic check.

Canada might be the best place to buy on line, but you have to be careful because there are some fake drugs out there.
Also, you might try www.amazon.com. They now sell more items than just books, CD's or DVDs.

PS If you are at poverty level you might be able to get medicaid in your state if you live in the USA.

If you have a prescription you can go to www.walmart.com and they'll let you get it via there website
