Wash your head really well.Dry your head (dont leave it damp).Dont scratch.Take another shower before going to bed.Dry really well.Go to bed and repeat again.If the sores dont go down,goto the hospital.

Nizoral shampoo. Use 3-4 times per week. The active ingredient is ketoconazole. Works great.

Nizoral works, also you can buy Scalpicin from any drug store over the counter, it stops any itching right away and helps heal it up, it's a liquid so it leaves no greasy feeling behind. Good luck
