My six-year old son has THREE loose teeth and wants to know if it's better to wiggle them or to leave them be. I've tried researching this online, and can find no reliable answer. Does anyone know for sure which is the better approach?

Thanks!

Wiggle them! You don't want him to loose one in his sleep and swallow it, so have him wiggle it as much as possible during the day and they should come out soon.
