First off you may want to get a physical...and have things like yor thyroid checked and blood pressure, and suggest to your doctor you would like to lose weight and see what kind of recommendations he may have. The healthiest way to lose weight is to eat healthy foods and exercise. I think the biggest mistake most people make when they diet is they starve theirselves, try to eat 5 or six small portions a day. Also, set goals..Say your goal is 5lbs...then when you reach 5lbs...try for 5 more. Most people don't gain weight over night...its gradual over time, soo don't get discouraged, and know that losing weight will also need to be a gradual progress. Hope that helped

Age has no relevance to your weight. Its height vs weight, just as chassy decides how much load it can in a vehicle.

Cut down on calories. I know everyone always talks about low-carb and low-fat but I've found that cutting my calories is the real deal. Salads with low calorie dressings and fruits are good. Also for protein just egg whites are low calorie and there is a brand of sliced turkey that is only 20 cals per slice. Stuff like that if you have a good metabolism, by cutting calories you should lose a lot and fast.
Oh yea and sugar free jello is major low calorie if you need something sweet or just another low calorie food.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

The only way to loose weight permently is to make a life style change. Eat less but don't skip meals, and don't eat junk, but the easiest thing to do would be to join an activity or sport that you like doing that takes energy to do, and you'll be having fun and making your body healthier.

the healthiest way is YOGA
AND STOP EATING ALL OIL STUFF
like burger, pizza, fried chips, cool drinks ,all oil and bakery items
i assure u will lose a much weight
i have tried it and it works dear
just controll ur self and see the result

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
