I think you need to contact the Italian embassy in Thailand for more information about how the process works. Be careful not to be tricked by some foreigner that promises you everything - make sure you know what you are doing and have a way back if things don't work out. Do you speak Italian? (Your English is very good!)

If you have yet a work in Italy, it would be easier: your employer should ask Italian authorities; anyway as Jim said be very very careful toward everybody promising you a n assured and decent job in Italy or in every other Countries: alas there's a lot of wrongdoers trying to cheat young girl, out there.
I hope nothing bad will never happen to you, but if you're in Italy and in trouble, go straight asking for help at local police (both Polizia or Carabinieri): Italian police is absolutely reliable and not corrupted, they do their work right.
