A dermatologist. The removal will cause a lot of bleeding and a scar that may not/will not grow hair. You must decide if you can live with or not.

Any general surgeon can remove it. I just had one taken off about 2 months ago. You can have it done right in the office and be on your way home in an hour or 2.

first thing first...you must go first to a general surgeon for a consultation. if in case dr will advise you that it is needed to be excise for some reasons then go...goodluck.
