Monkey's are primates who share 99% of our DNA. They are very similar to humans, many people would say that they lack the higher thought process that human posses which also means that they lack self-consciousness that humans have, which require that we cover up. Also humans wear clothes because we do not have fur and live in climates that require protection from the elements. We stand upright and need the clothes to protect our exposed genitalia as well as our delicate skin. Monkeys usually walk an all fours and have a tougher hide covered by course hair.

Nope, monkeys are not human beings. While some theories propose that we evolved from them others believe that we were created by God. We do share 99% of our genetic material with them supporting the evolution theory.

Some monkeys do wear clothing. Only the domesticated ones though. Leaving me to believe the rest of them are naturalists.

No, a monkey is not a human being. But some of them do wear clothes.

;-D Monkeys have tails. Chimpanzees are more like humans. They may wear clothes, but they don't make them.

A monkey is not a human being, they are primates. Humans are referred to as homo sapiens. Some scientists believe that human beings evolved from monkeys. We share approximately 99% of the same DNA with chimpanzees. Humans wear clothes because our society tells us that it's necessary.

Monkeys are primates and we (hopefully) are human beings. Although, I do think some of both species are walking on that thin line that separates the two.
