Aspartame is made out of wood alcohol. This is a poison. Of course, it is a poison approved by the FDA. Isn't it a coincidence that it owned by a family friend of GW Bush? Well anyway I'm sure there are side effects to cutting a poison out of your body that it has gotten used to.

it shouldnt do unless you were taking in unacceptable amounts of it before.
i try and avoid it, id rather have no sweeteners than any sweeteners,
it may be something else you are missing from your diet that is making you feel like that.
What is the E-number for aspartame?
The E-number for aspartame is E-951. The ‘E’ before the number indicates that an ingredient has been approved for use within the European Union and the number itself denotes the specific ingredient. An E-number is confirmation that a food ingredient is safe. Rigorous tests must be carried out before an ingredient is granted an E-number and, following their acceptance, ingredients can be reviewed at any time.
What is the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) for aspartame?
The Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) for aspartame is 40mg per kg of bodyweight. The ADI of a food ingredient is defined as the amount you can eat or drink every day for an entire lifetime without experiencing any adverse effects. Expert panels of scientists review all of the available scientific data on an ingredient and agree on the maximum dietary level that can be safely consumed. This figure is then divided by 100 to reach the ADI. To consume the ADI of aspartame, an average person of 70kg would have to drink just over 5 litres of a drink sweetened only with aspartame.

I would think that aching is due to withdrawal. Aspartame is the worst stuff and I'm not sure if it HAS gotten final FDA approval. It was questionable when it came out in the 1980's but touted as safer and better than Sweet & Low (personally i think that's better). I, myself, prefer real sugar and will go for less sugar than fake. BTW sugar is only 16 calories per teaspoon. People think sugar has hundreds of calories, but its not so. Also, on average healthy sugar consumption per day is supposed to be about 44 grams. I have always been a HUGE sugar fan with a big sweet tooth and have always been able to burn it off. Thankfully I don't suffer from diabetes, but I do get that rush and crash from too much carbs/sweets now. Anyway this past year I have been working on limiting my sugar intake and in 2007 I plan on bringing down more. I'm aiming for about 25 grams per day--not easy to do, but even if I go a little above I'm going to try not to go over the max. And another thing, dieters, while I think WW is a great diet program and their line of food is very good, A LOT of their food is made with aspartame. Finally, READ THE INGREDIENTS LABELS!!!

Aspartame is a man made product, used to replace sugar in supposedly more healthy food products and drinks. The people behind Aspartame make a lot of money from the product, yet people are allergic, or many unknowingly are affected by it in many ways. So far many doctors and a lot of the medical profession will not accept or don't believe that it can cause problems. Many people believe it can cause such severe problems such as brain tumors, brain lesions, and lymphoma.
My Mother will now be ill for a couple of days if she consumes even a small amount of Aspartame since she cut it from her diet as. Suffering from nasty migranes has refuced significantly since avoiding Aspartame. Personally I avoid it as much as I possibly can and suffer from less headaches and mouth ulcers than before.
Basically avoid anything that's labelled diet, unless it's a natural sweetener, it's probably full of Aspartame. Sugar isn't really as bad as these people make out, brush your teeth well and don't eat too much of it, have a balanced and healthy diet and exercise!

I looked at your hyperlink and that i can work out why human beings could be irritating, yet i've got have been given larger issues to be irritating approximately than weight loss application soda. it is probable genuine that there is hyperlinks with maximum cancers, MS etc, yet at present each and every thing seems to be related to a minimum of one disease or yet another. i think of it is extra useful just to stay your existence and not trouble approximately ever chemical you consume. there are hundreds of supposedly carcinogenic chemical compounds in our nutrients different than aspartame, and there is no way we are in a position to dodge eating any of them, so i think of i'm going to easily take the possibility. =]
