This is a worm, and it is now in your registry. Ad-aware and SpyBot and your antivirus won't get it. I had the same thing and deleted it but it came right back. So, I used Microsoft's registry cleaner and got rid of it. Then bring up Programs and if it is still there, right click and delete the link.

If you don't know what it is, and it sounds like advertisement, then yes delete it. If you're unsure about it, then look it up on google.
