I think if she has to apply for a fiancé visa in order to marry in UK. It's 6 months visa, and it's purely for the purpose of you and her to get married in UK. I don't remember the requirements for that, but when she gets it and when she enters to UK, she has to marry within that 6 months. And with in that 6 months, she is not entitled to work. Or, if it's easier, you can try to marry in Spain or China, and she can try to apply for marriage visa in China to come to UK, but I am not sure what kind of paper work needs to be done for that.
After you guys are married, she will have to apply for marriage visa, which is valid for 2 years. She needs to submit application form, visa fee, marriage certificate, her passport, your passport, proof of cohabitation if you have, and proof of your relation ship (live phone bill to show that you guys used to call each other all the time, or letters you guys sent to each other etc) and letter from you to confirm that your her husband and you support her application and so on to Home Office (or British Embassy in China, if she is applying in China.) She'll be able to work full time when she gets it, but she's not entitled to receive any public fund. After that 2 years, if you are still married and living together, she can apply for Leave to Remain Indefinite, which is a permanent residency.
You have to check UK visa and Home Office's website for more details. And in case they go difficult on you, check out Immigration Advisory Service (IAS) and Immigration law firms pages too, which are sometimes able to take your case on no visa no fee bases.
Good luck and congratulations.

If he did not acquire a ok-a million, fiance visa, previous to his arrival, it is going to take a whilst. With the ok-a million visa, an alien can start up engaged on the instant. for people who do not shop on with the orderly technique to immigrate based upon a marriage, the technique is a lot extra durable and slower. at the start, whether or not he married a U.S. citizen concerns. If he married an alien, his possibilities of having employment authorization are regarding comparable to him becoming a third arm. If he nevertheless chooses to not positioned off the marriage and to not shop on with the traditional technique for coming to the U.S. as a fiance with a fiance visa, then after the marriage, his spouse has to submit form I-a hundred thirty with cost to the CIS provider center that has jurisdiction over her place of place of abode. Following that, there will be a stack of utility kinds that he will would desire to do, one in each and every of it somewhat is for a artwork enable.

In order to marry in UK, you would need to apply to the Home Office - it costs £350, they will almost certainly refuse you permission, and you will not get your money back. So a better bet would be to go to the Spanish embassy to see how you could get a visa for her to come to Spain and gt married there. Once you are married, you would have the right for your wife to accompany you here. Check

I would suggest that you go to a Citizens Advice Bureau or Law Centre for more explanations and guidance. Note that the Home Office will refuse the application if they think it is a marriage of convenience, not a genuine one.
Good luck!
