Yea as long as you watch caloric intake and portion size. It's not going to help if you get a bunch of healthy food but overeat because you are hungry. If you don't cut down on calories or portions than you will probably lose weight verrrryyy slowly. So you might not notice and if you are trying to lose weight you might get frustrated.

My Bebegwens has it right. Heathy food alone may not do it. Partially because too many people have differing ideas on what is healthy food and what is not.

My suggestion is to find a diet that balances blood sugar, because (and this is my theory only) imbalanced blood sugar is the likely reason for most persons' overweight condition. The library link at www.hufa.org has some book suggestions.

It will but there are many other factors that contribute to weight loss. Eating the correct portions, daily exercise, and other small things like not eating before bedtime and drinking soda.

Yes. Like organic and fat free foods. Don't get your hopes up on a carb free diet. Those are bad for you.

Yeah, healthy foods have less fat. Less fat means less fat on you. But exercise will help you loose it faster.
