Definitely check out the Witches of the World section at http://www.witchvox.com and make a profile, too, so that others can find you (if you're comfortable with it, that is). The WotW feature has individuals, shops, groups and events for all over the globe; I'm sure you can find some in South London.

Also, check out http://pagans.meetup.com for more local events.

And finally, http://groups.yahoo.com may have a listserve or two of interest--search for something like "London pagans" and similar search terms. I use this service before every time I move to a new city so I know people by the time I actually get there. Again, if there isn;t one, feel free to make one, though I'm betting that with a city as large as London you can find people in your neck of the woods--folks in areas surrounding major metro areas will still gravitate to the city itself as a central meeting ground.
