If you think she has a temperature and shes sleepy she could be severly dehydrated, this could kill her, get her to a vet, asap, small animals get dehydrated very quickly and its dangerous as it will affect her kidneys, ring the vet..

exactly what IS her temperature? Do you mean king charles spaniel or cavalier king charles since they are 2 different breeds. It would help if you gave more info.
Take her to a vet if you are worried.

Are you sure she has a temperature? Dogs naturally have a normal temp of around 100 (i think), so make sure she actually is ill and not just having a normal temp.
I dont think there is anything to give her. If she is acting ill though, please take her to the vet. They are the only ones who can determine if she is sick, what she has, and how to treat it.

I would take her straight to a vet. Sleepiness may not be a good sign as she need to drink, so to be safe get het medical attention.
