When I went to the website from the credit card company rejection notice it was a recording that wanted me to buy a strategy plan. I just want to know who I'm supposed to talk to about it.

To get your free credit report,go to www.annualcreditreport.com
It should list all of your tradlines. Plus the site will give you a credit report from all 3 CRA's. I hope this helps

There are 3 credit companies that track all of your credit / debt. They will all give you a free report once per year. After you pay off the "bad credit" it will show up as paid on your report.
If you had late payments, they will stay on your report for 7 years.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.
I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
