i heard it really helps people with slow metabolisims* loose weight, so i tryed it, and it makes me feel better through out hte day, but it taste horibal! i cant stand it! for like 20 mins after words i still feel like pukeing (gross, i know).

please help. =]

I tried that once, I put a couple teaspoons in a glass of warm water and chugged it down, I don't really think it helped me at all, eventually I quit. My husband used to mix some in a glass of V8, that worked well for him though, Good luck
