Because of the grossness !. Our mind has has moulded by your surroundings, when you were child you were happy didn't think much , either to destroy or create, the moment you started to do either of that ,things started changing- and finally makes you to a conclution that what ever you know now is correct and rest are wrong. YEs all really want is to reach him the ultimate, but all are feeling very hard to realise this because thay are moulded with the worldly pleasures

It is NOT hard to believe. When you see a child, do you see a child or an adult?

I choose to believe in God Almighty because He cared enough about me to provide me with a way to repent of my sins, and accept His Son, Jesus Christ and what He did for me to achieve that by the Blood He shed on Calvary for me. No one made me to believe it, parents, no one else, or anything. I see His wonders, and works everyday in my life, and man surely cannot provide what He has.

It's strange that you've asked this question because it is one of my new year's resolutions to find a religion and begin to study it. I almost feel that my need is through society and for social purposes. It gives people a common ground.

It is true. At least once a day you see someone begging for help to believe.

I think it is because they are afraid to die. This gives them a way to think that it won't really happen.

I want exactly what I get from believing. Hope, love and the satisfaction of knowing there is somewhere for me after I die.

People are weak, it is not hard to believe, it is hard to say "I don't know .....YET". Religionists are just intellectually vacuous mental endomorphs who have lost the ability to form an original thought.

We all have a deep desire to please God, because God made us that way. Hebrews 11:6 says, "It is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that there is a God and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him."
We desire peace with God.
