This is your body overreacting to you being nervous and it is trying to over compensate for you being nervous.

It happens to allot of people and the only thing to do is to be able to control what ever is bothering you.

For example: Taking a test. It is the anxiety that creates the tension within yourself.

The physical symptoms of anxiety are caused by the brain sending messages to parts of the body to prepare for the "fight or flight" response. The heart, lungs and other parts of the body work faster. The brain also releases stress hormones, including adrenaline. The following symptoms can occur as a result:

abdominal discomfort
diarrhoea
dry mouth
rapid heartbeat or palpitations
tightness or pain in chest
shortness of breath
dizziness
frequent urination
difficulty swallowing

I'm not sure of the medical explanation, but that's quite common! Could have something to do with your body producing adrenaline, then not using it. Take deep breaths, go for a walk, try to chill out. I know it's hard, but have a go. Good luck!

you could have anxiety, i have it and whenever I'm really stressed out i get really sick, to control it you could trying totally distracting your self from everything but playing video games, because it wouldn't let you think about whats bothering you.
