Anxiety can manifest in many ways, and this is how yours does it. Same as me, unfortunately. I spent five weeks trying to cure gastro that turned out to be anxiety. I was on the toilet all the time, had terrible pains, etc etc. And then when the thing I was worried about stopped, I was fine the next morning.

If you have a problem with anxiety, you might want to talk to a psychologist about coping skills, stress relief, relaxation, that kind of thing. People severely underestimate the importance of these things in our lives, but if they'd been through the hell I've been through these past few years, they'd soon change their tune.

Get yourself some help, hon, and good luck :)

You've answered your own question: The anxiety is causing your nausea and stomach cramps.
You have to reduce the anxiety before the nausea and stomach cramps will go away. Once you become more confident in the situations causing the anxiety, the nausea and stomach cramps will reduce. You can't treat the nausea and stomach cramps on their own.

Anxiety can cause you to feel many symptoms. It is very possible that anxiety will make you feel nausea and "uptight" which could cause stomach cramping. Take regular deep breaths through your nose, hold a few seconds and release through your mouth. For extra relief, when exhaling through mouth, force it out making a noise and feel tell yourself "this is the tension being forced from my body". It works and you will feel MUCH better!! Good Luck to you and keep thinking positive thoughts!!
