Obviously the dog has an irritation of some sort. First you must relieve the dog of this problem and then the hair will grow back once the dog stops licking it. Take the dog to the vet for an exam. The vet can treat it and give you an ointment that stops them from licking.

could be a hot spot, or something more serious. You should probably go to the vet. I know that back baldness sometimes is the cause of a liver malfunction in dogs. Best to go get it checked out.

Take him to the vets, the question is "why does he keep scratching it?" Could be infection, ring worm or just habit, but the vets will tell you this and give you correct treatment to stop it.

you take it to the vet to get it checked out. It could be roundworm, mange or a flea allergy but only the vet can tell.

Take him to a vet. Could be a minor problem, but it could develop into a big one.
