this is a program called ccleaner...if ur computer is slow or u have unwanted files and folders..u want to clean ur pc...download this ......once u have it opened ..click analyze....once u have analyzed..select run cleaner...u might have to do this process 2 or 3 times to fully clean pc....next step...on left hand side..u will see issues...click that ..then click scan for issues...after it is finished scanning...click fix issues....yes all issues..no back ups then close it..u are done

this is called reg cleaner...once u have this downloaded ..open it up..click i agree..then at the top..go to options...registery cleaner...method...automatic...then go to tools..registery cleaner..do them all....also..as soon as u open reg cleaner..u will see a list of ur programs...if u do not have themn on pc no more,,,,,u can put a check next to them and remove checked items

now go here...run a free online scan
it will remove what it finds

go to start..run..type in msconfig..go to the start up tab on the top right..select disable all..press apply..press ok
next
go to start..all programs..accessories..system tools..disc clean up
it will analyze c drive...when it is finished..check all the boxes..press ok
it will disappear when it is finished (sometimes this step takes 10 or 15 minutes...but usually it only takes about 2 min)

If you are using ie, start by going to www.microsoft.com and upgrading to ie7.
If you have already moved up to ie7, then search the windows update for the latest update.
Clear out your browser history, cookies and all of the other extraneous files stored from internet browsing.

When you complete those steps, everything should be working well.

the problem is with that your system files are corrupted. since it is browser oriented ( some files which are associted with windows and browser might have corrupted ) .

Solution

1. Try to re install the software.
2. Check for virus and spywares.
