Pita chips brushed with olive oil and lightly sprinkled with garlic power; toasted in the oven. Scrambled eggs with cheese on top of the pita, with a couple spoonfuls of salsa....takes about 3 minutes to make and is GOOD!

Well it's 4:30 in the afternoon here...but we had sweet rice...YUMMY...Egyptian rice (fine grain white rice) cooked with butter, milk, cinamon, sugar, and sliced bananas...YUMMY and the kids love the hot, sweet, filling breakfast!

NOW I AM HUNGRY AGAIN...back to the kitchen!
