I was wondering because if your feet do get smaller then i might reconsider going on a diet!

No but u loose from ur feet also and ur shoes may become loose on that count.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

I don't believe you lose 'foot fat' and then need smaller shoes. If it worked like that we would get shorter as we dieted as well. However since that's basically all bones and they don't shrink, you won't need to buy new smaller shoes because you are dieting.

Hmm..your feet would have to be pretty big for them to change in size. I'm not a tiny girl, but I can still definatly see the bones in my feet.

Mine do.
Infact, I dont think it so uncommon .
I wear smaller size everything when I lose weight..including socks and shoes.

tes you lose some weight in your feet at least when i was on weight watchers i could tell my shoes fit better.....

yes they do get smaller so don't discard all your "fat shoes"
