There are many bit torrent clients, but I'd suggest the light weight client. go to http://www.utorrent.com/ and download the software and install it...
About downloading the torrent files go to www.mininova.org
search there.
CAREFUL and watch the illegal and pirated copies, NEVER EVER DOWNLOAD THEM.
