Flowers are appropriate for women anytime, not just the first or second date.

If you enjoyed the first date and asked her for a second date, then yes, flowers would be nice. It would show that you enjoyed the first date with her and you show an interest in her. She would also know that you enjoyed the first date.

I would be flattered if you bought me flowers on a second date and it would send all the right messages. Wouldn't do roses though as that is a little cliché. I would go for something fun like sunflowers or tulips.

it depends on how well the first date...but yes flowers are appropriate...girls like getting flowers...it's a sweet thought...it shows that you care...and it also can show that you're a sentimental, sensitive, sweet guy...it's totally up to the guy whether to buy flowers or not...

Roses on the second date-no. Flowers, I think that is very sweet. Nothing wrong with that.You remind me of my husband when we were dating. He brought me flowers. Even though it was only the second date, they were very special to me.Good Luck with your date.

I'd say yeah, if your not too sure it doesn't have to be huge you can make it qiute simple and it still can be really nice like a single flower or jsut a couple!
