When the "new" wears off a relationship, the sexual fire tends to dim as well unless the couple takes action to keep it going. Talk about this with your partner and see what you two can do together to spice things up and get that spark back.
An unsatisfactory sex life will cause problems down the road...and so will lack of communication.

Not necessarily, but you must absolutely talk about this together. Who normally initiates sex, you or your partner? If it is you, have you stopped initiating or are you being rebuffed? If it is your partner, has he stopped making the first move? Or does he and you don't feel like it?
There are many reasons for a reduction in libido that don't have to mean that "the end is near" (though that is certainly a possibility), for instance stress, over-use of certain drugs (tobacco, alcohol, illegal stuff...), fatigue, health issues...
If you want to make this work, you need to talk about it together, possibly with a professional counselor. It would also be a good idea to have a complete medical checkup to make sure that there is no physical problem. If you do not both acknowledge that this is a problem, and if you don't agree that it has to be solved, then I would definitely advise against marriage.

Maybe he's lacking testosterone. If so, a simple check up will confirm this and he can start waring a patch or get a shot every couple of weeks. Good luck.

Shite, how old are you? 60 plus, then that's normal. 50 plus, not really good enough! 40 plus, blimey, how's an affair sound? 30 plus, I'm outta here! 20 plus, why are you there and why are you asking others what you should do?
