Those are all symptoms of stress/anxiety, so don't worry. No pun intended.

I suffer from an acute anxiety disorder, with catastrophic panic attacks, and I've found something that calms me right down that's completely natural and safe for you to take.

It's called Rescue Remedy. I get it from my local health food store. See if your mum can get you some. A lot of people will tell you it's a placebo thing, but it isn't at all, trust me. My panic attacks are like heart attacks, and Rescue Remedy does the trick. You can take it as often as you need to, it's not possible to overdose or anything

Good luck on your test :)

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway

It is performance anxiety - like stars get before going onstage. Eat meals that are high in protein (tuna or salmon are really good) and low in carbohydrates - especially the ones that are sweet or starchy.
Be sure to drink your 2 liters of water a day. Get your 10 - 15 minutes of sun on 30% of your body, and exercise for 30 minutes (after you have had a high protein/low carb snack).

Be sure to eat about 30 minutes before the test, and, as one of the other answerers said, run through the test in your head. You will do ok. Take some deep breaths, in and out, when you note your stomach is in knots. And remember, you can take it again, and again, and again. My sister passed on her third try, barely. She was so pissed when I passed on my first try. TEE HEEE.

Yes, it's normal. A good relaxation technique would help you a lot. If you're where you can get it, try a nice soothing cup of tea. Also try deep breathing. Ginger ale and Coke Classic are good for settling uneasy stomachs. Good luck!

Sounds like anxiety and stress.
Run over, pun unintended, the test in your head and have faith that you will do well.
Do something that relaxes you and try to forget about the test.
After all, it won't be the end of the world if you don't pass it, you can take it again.

Yes. Please chill. This is not the end of the world. If you studied (especially the signs) you'll be fine. And when its over- you'll-be-driving! (I rolled past a crosswalk -points) but my BF got 100%
