I used to cycle to work which created annoying chafing in my groin region, I've stopped riding in (new job) but the chafing persists. I've tried vaseline and germolene, but they haven't helped much. I've also tried changing underwear, boxers, briefs, jockey shorts, commando, you name it all to no avail. I am fairly hairy around there, could that be the cause.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Moisture is causing the issue.

Corn Starch from the grocery. Apply liberally.
