Jewish leaders never validated the claim of Christ that he was the messiah promised unto them even though Moses made mention of Him. In the same way Christain leaders failed to testify to the truth that Mohammad was raised by God to be His prophet. The book of Revelation made mention of Mohammad. Christains say Mohammad is false because Jesus is the truth and the only way as stated in the Gospel of John. Moslems say Baha'u'llah is false because Mohammad was the last prophet and consequentially the last Messenger of God. Egyptian clerics declare the Bahai faith false in their courts. Can someone offer them free religious history class and hope they get it?

In every nation thou beholdest unnumbered spiritual leaders who are bereft of true discernment, and among every people thou dost encounter myriads of adherents who are devoid of the same characteristic. Ponder for a while in thy heart, have pity on thyself and turn not aside thine attention from proofs and evidences. However, seek not proofs and evidences after thine idle fancy; but rather base thy proofs upon what God hath appointed. Moreover, know thou that neither being a man of learning nor being a follower is in itself a source of glory. If thou art a man of learning, thy knowledge becometh an honour, and if thou art a follower, thine adherence unto leadership becometh an honour, only when these conform to the good-pleasure of God. And beware lest thou regard as an idle fancy the good-pleasure of God; it is the same as the good-pleasure of His Messenger.

Yes, the leaders of all religions acted the same way throughout history, but the Prophets of God gloriously triumphed and lead mankind to higher and higher levels of civilization. Let us pray for the Baha'is not to act that way with the next Prophet. There is much hope for the Baha'is, because Baha'u'llah has forbidden the establishment of the professional clergy.

i've got not studied the Baha'i' faith as much as i opt to ( and that i visit earnings greater ). yet what I even have examine replaced into very enlightening. In some historical texts this is declared that Jesus studied it. i don't be attentive to in spite of if this is actual or not. yet there are large similarities in a number of Jesus teachings and the Baha'i' faith. whilst i'm and could proceed to be a Christian i visit declare that the international could be a greater advantageous place if greater human beings took their sayings to heart (somewhat of questioning they do, like maximum Christians right now). in spite of if or not this is Jesus or Baha'i'.

Every body has the right to ask which is the correct religion as there are plenty of them. Humans differ from other creatures by their mental capabilities and as it is true for other subjects like science and medicine, EVIDENCES and valid proofs are the only way to know the truth. Islam is the only religion whose original scriptures were preserved accurately on scientific grounds and it is the only religion that provides so many valid undisputed proofs. Which religion provide the same and what else you require to feel safe that you are on the right way?

I read Baha'u'lahs words. There were very close to my own understanding. He said there would still be another
messenger. I contacted the Bahai faith. And you
guys are just as stuck on Baha'u'lah, as Muslims are on
Muhammad, and Christians are with their belief the Apostles were the last messengers.

Be thou assured in thyself that verily, he who turns away
from this Beauty[1] hath also turned away from the Messengers
of the past and showeth pride towards God from all
eternity to all eternity.(12)
[1 Bahá'u'lláh.]

(Adib Taherzadeh, The Revelation of Baha'u'llah v 1, p. 66)

Another cause of man's refusal to accept the new Messenger is that He brings new teachings, abrogates the laws of the past and establishes a new order.

(Adib Taherzadeh, The Revelation of Baha'u'llah v 1, p. 164)

For what reason do they refuse to embrace the Truth, and allow certain traditions, the significance of which they have failed to grasp, to withhold them from the recognition of the Revelation of God and His Beauty, and to cause them to dwell in the infernal abyss?

(Baha'u'llah, The Kitab-i-Iqan, p. 247)

But as they failed to recognize the accents of God and the divine mysteries and holy allusions  40  enshrined in that which flowed from the tongue of Muhammad, and as they neglected to examine the matter in their own hearts, and followed instead those priests of error who have hindered the progress of the people in past dispensations and who will continue to do so in future cycles, they were thus veiled from the divine purpose, failed to quaff from the celestial streams, and deprived themselves of the presence of God, the Manifestation of His Essence, and the Dayspring of His eternity.

(Baha'u'llah, Gems of Divine Mysteries, p. 40)

Inasmuch as the Christian divines have failed to apprehend the meaning of these words, and did not recognize their object and purpose, and have clung to the literal interpretation of the words of Jesus, they therefore became deprived of the streaming grace of the Muhammadan Revelation and its showering bounties.

(Baha'u'llah, The Kitab-i-Iqan, p. 26)

CONSIDER, likewise, how numerous at this time are the monks who have secluded themselves in their churches, in My name, and who, when the appointed time came, and We unveiled to them Our beauty, failed to recognize Me, notwithstanding that they call upon Me at dawn and at eventide.

(Baha'u'llah, The Proclamation of Baha'u'llah, p. 97)
The majority  86  of mankind, its rulers and wise men, have so far failed to recognize their truth, either remaining unaware of the coming of the Lord or turning a deaf ear to His voice.

(Adib Taherzadeh, The Child of the Covenant, p. 85)
