Screaming "FIRE!" in a movie theater, when there isn't a fire, is a malicious act. People will most likely get hurt attempting to flee the theater, the theater will suffer lost revenue and some people may actually experience some form of anxiety from the act.

Religion is not the same. It is a belief that cannot be proven nor disproved. Part of being a Christian is to convert others to Christianity. They aren't actually causing any harm and they may actually help someone by changing that persons values from doing wrong to seeing why doing wrong is bad. I applaud their beliefs and convictions, not matter how wrong they may be. At least they aren't downtown yelling "FIRE!" in a theater.

BTW: I'm an atheist. It's called live and let live. Tolerance. Try it on and have a great new year.

False analogy. The prohibition against screaming "fire" in a theater is to protect the public from an imminent and unnecessary danger.

On the other hand, I hate that we have institutionalized indoctrination in religion for children. The things that most people are taught to believe without a single shred of evidence appears to be completely absurd when looked at in the light of objectivity and rationality.

Nonetheless, it is not considered to be an imminent danger. Heck, I was able to break the shackles.

I read where you said you were unhappy but you wanted others to be happy. No doubt it makes Christians happy to try and save people from hell.

I have been reading your answers for monthsand see it is true you are unhappy but if you think you want others to be happy then you do not know how to do it, you should prhaps get out of that negative environment you live in where everyone goes around patting themselves on the back and saying how great they are and move north where you can learn to be happy from those that are. You live in a fake society of haters who think they are good cuz they have these highly questionable "manners" that are only surface deep.

It is your hate that makes you unhappy. Stop hating Yankees and accept the world as it is. Go visit some of it. People are nicer in the mid west, it might make you happy to know such people.

You know it's funny, Atheists and Non-Christians think we are being mean, hateful, spiteful when we tell them they're going to hell if they don't find God ,and get their hearts right, When our creed is to save your soul from damnation, and eternal separation from God. Do you think we like being hated, and ridiculed, and called crazy? No. We do this because we care, even if you laugh in our face, and say we are delusional,we keep trying, and tell you,and talk to you, show you all we can.
Because one day you will stand before God,and he will look through the lambs book of life, and if your name is not in that book, there is no turning back, there are no second chances, heaven or hell, that is it. Your soul is lost. You say you think life on earth is hell, you have no idea!!

So, this is how you want to use your freedom of speech? Pathetic, pathetic... And, no, Christians never told me that I would go to hell. Moreover, I am a Christian and I believe that the other religions are as good as mine.
P.S. I don't believe in hell.
