i ask this question primarily because i have known many people that are homeless. I myself lived in my car for 2 years. I lost my job not because I was inadequate but because of Religioiuspersectuion and False testimony. i lived through 2 years of alaska winters before i could get enough money saved to get an apartment. but then i just lost my job again.
I think the government of God gives housing as a right and i think the church(es) of God should likewise. i think that a nation that claims to be a nation under God should also make housing available to every single homeless person. regardless of their ability to work. Although Free housing should not be free. just availabe and with a plan to get good people off the streets with goals and integrity to increase their abilities. I despise people that say you have to work and yet they neglect the mission of the poor.

Those promises you have quoted mean something only after you are dead, if you believe.

"Man shall live by the sweat of his brow" is the most meaningful quote from the bible that I have heard on this subject.

It is a persons OWN responsibility to do what is necessary to stay alive in this world.

In the U.S. you have the implied Constitutional right to go for it. You don't have the Constitutional right to demand it.

This could change, of course, when Democrats controll both houses of the Congress, the White House, and three fourths of all the state legislatures, if what the right wing-nuts are saying comes to pass.

The mansions are offered to you in heaven. It can't be a constitutional right because of separation of church and state. You have a right under free will to find a make a home for yourself in the world, but it doesn't say what kind of home. It just needs to be a simple shelter to keep you alive.

God gives us the right to choose our reaction to circumstances. There is nothing written that says a person has a right to a home. If you are living you are in a place and so you do have a place to live. One can accept ones environment. One can change ones environment for better or worse. Or one can sit around whining about ones environment and expect rights.

No, you should have to earn it or pay for it. If it were a constitutional right then what would stop people from just taking your home because they have nowhere to live?

We are all equal, the bible says God will grant what we need until there is no more want. Each person a different thing/want.
