Does the borough 'stop and call' really exist?

Google Maps knows of a borough called 'stop and call'. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&q=Stop+and+Call
Is that for real? Or a database error? Or a local joke of the Welsh?

Stop and Call does exist. It's part of the village Goodwick in Dyfed, Wales. A lovely place.
