Well, since you can't choose where your body deposits fat, you can always remove your facial bones....
Naw...on second thought, just deal with a rounder face and get a flattering haircut and do your makeup to slim it down ;-)

Sometimes growing your hair longer and using a beard in the right way can make your face look slimmer. The way you angle your face (usually downwards) and lighting levels can
also help with this, ditto careful use of cosmetics (women can get away with this)
In terms of actually losing the weight...
Starvation should work but if you're slim already could be risky and take ages.. not good for you.
You might want to talk to a surgeon if you have lots of money, but I do not recommend it.
It might be a bit corny but I think that how attractive you appear to others and your self depends a lot on your confidence and self esteem, this might be a better avenue to explore than facial weight loss.

Well, I too suffered from what my friends and I called MOON FACE.
Im not sure on your age, but..the older I got the more slim my face got. When you are younger it has more subcutaneous fat which as we get older we lose. Also, Id say genetics. Look at your family. Are their faces slim???
But, in the meantime there are all types of make-up tricks, like contouring to give the illusion of a slimmer face.
As for a dieting away your face..Id say youd have to cross into a zone no one should.
Assuming youre a bit younger, Id have to say..give it time, and just use the contouring as a quick fix.
