You think that a few extra vitamins are going to erase the thousands of toxic chemicals that you are putting into your body on a daily basis? Get real.

Your body is poisoned with carbon monoxide. It binds to your red blood cells instead of oxygen, and with much greater affinity. You need more oxygen.

You are killing the cells in your respiratory system. They normally function to clear crap out of your lungs, but you are overwhelming them, and causing them to shut down. Vitamins and minerals aren't going to undo that.

Taking large doses of vitamin C gives you expensive urine (it is water soluble and therefore eliminated by your kidneys)

QUIT SMOKING!
