Yes. Jesus gave me the desire to be a witness for Him, the day He saved me. I think this site is a wonderful place to tell others how much Jesus loves them, and Jesus saves. My new year resolution is to be closer to the Lord, and be a better witness for Him. God Bless you, and lets keep telling others about Jesus.

Hi there, yes some days I do, other days I feel the opposite and find I become very angry with the continued ridicule.
At the end of the day, it can be satisfying, but at times a little draining, depending on how I am inside. And yes, this is what we are supposed to do, defend our faith, but also help others to come into it also if they ever consider or are open.
That is great you have references ready, as you will need to use them. Consider also, if you're not already, to get hold of two books I highly recommend for any believer, christian or non christan (Catholic or Baptist, or whatever denomination)- "Lies in the Textbooks" by Kent Hovind and "Refuting Evolution" by Jonathan Sarfati. Sorry if I've mentioned this to you before, but it's hard to keep track of who I've typed to!
Recommend them highly as they directly counterattack the evolution theory and many of the lies being pushed by the scientists today and eovlutionsts who rely on the Christian's ignorance of Creation science, which is the number one reason why Christians are finding that preaching Christ is failing, as how can one preach Christ to anybody who doesn't believe that God created the world in the first place? If the first part isn't true (in their eyes), then how on earth can we expect them to believe in the second part?
anyway, thanks for your post and your encouragement to those on the same side! God bless you too and keep on :)

YES it is good to witness for the Lord in here. The danger and the truth is this.
The danger is that for the ones who do not believe and reject the Lord is that, once the truth is made known, there IS NO EXCUSE for NOT accepting Him as we have done our part. God winks at ignorance IF one does NOT know the truth, but anyone who finds the Truth, (Christ) and rejects Him is in danger of damnation. The Truth is that we may be able to reach someone who will turn their life around and find salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ. We have done our part by planting the seed and God will nurture it Himself. IF they reject Him, it is out of our hands. We cannot save them anyhow, only Christ. We are just His messengers with the Word and truth.

i could omit the undertaking of answering the extra durable questions. the possibility to make a protection for Jehovah. I strongly have faith that doing this has been a benefit to me spiritually. My situation makes it perplexing to get interior the sphere provider, working for a shop the place i'd desire to artwork 8AM to 5PM at some point and 1PM to 10PM the subsequent. i'm waiting to make the conferences yet extremely in lots of cases on Sunday I would desire to hurry to artwork ideal after the assembly. What could I omit the least? nicely, it isn't the comments via the JW haters. they only provoke upon me how wicked this equipment extremely is and how close the top is while human beings have the attitudes that they do, being previous all reason. nevertheless there are people who've lower back to their own vomit, who had the actuality and threw it away and now attempt to pull others down into a similar hollow that they are in. attempting to respond to a lot of people who're the extra serious of the JW haters is basically throwing your pearls after swine. however, our solutions would help somebody else examining their trash to make certain the actuality yet what's somewhat undesirable is while they %. an answer that suits them and that would not provide an precise answer to their undertaking. That situation is what i could omit the least.

Were you around 2000 years ago to call yourself a witness of Jesus or have you just simply read the holy book and appoint yourself as witness? You won't stand during cross examination.
I would much prefer if you say you are a believer of Christ. And out of this belief you are inspired to share the gospel to the people in this site. More credible and believable, don't you think so?

Not really...I've found that most of the questions that catch my attention cause me to investigate and reaffirm my own faith. Sure, like everybody else, I like to try and help "set others straight," but I've found it to be a meaningful personal spiritual exercise to try and answer even the most outrageous and even blasphemous questions...and to do it in a charitable manner.
Of course, it's easy for me to fall into sarcasm and name calling in many instances...but that makes me no better than the blasphemer.

This is a forum to ask questions. We're not interested in your witnessing attempts. If somebody specifically asks you about your religion, that's fine, but it irks me when evangelical types try and turn every question here into an excuse to evangelize.
