Some say that the "giants" is symbolic. Again this is a falsehood and ignorance from the Christians. If you read Deuteronomy 3:11 it says "(Only Og king of Bashan was left of the remnant of the Rephaites. His bed was made of iron and was more than thirteen feet long and six feet wide. It is still in Rabbah of the Ammonites.)" Actually the original says its more about 17 feet, but the bible people don't know how to do math.
So where are these giants?

No. I have known several atheists who have "continue[d] to be an atheist when faced with the worst pain and hardships in life". Two of them, a United States Marine and a member of the Massachusetts National Guard, have literally been atheists in foxholes. Your claim that "all people seek God in one way or another" is also patently false. You're entitled to believe that, but it sounds ridiculous when applied to people who don't believe your god even exists. Why would we seek help from a being we know isn't real? That doesn't make any sense. I think this kind of thinking comes from the misconception, commonly held by Christians, that atheists really believe that the Christian god exists, but just deny it for personal reasons. This is, of course, also patently false.

No you are correct, the term is literal, there were indeed giants in those days. And I do not know if you are aware, but every finding of bones of the giants, have been covered up and removed by the Smithsonian institute, as the evolution agenda and scientific community would be absolutely ruined.
So any person that finds any of those bones, and takes them excitedly to the institute, discover no further word and you never hear a thing again.
Luckily there have been pictures taken and also graves have been found. You don't have to take my word for it though, not much I can do when this institute that gets hold of these findings, has an agenda to cover up the ones that do not agree with their own faith.
But to give you an idea of how large the people were that were found? 15 feet was a typical height. They also found a jaw bone that could fit a human head inside of it.

I'll do what I can, but yes they did exist and another example is here in my own country new zealand, they found some as well and they mysteriously "disappeared" once the scientific community were notified.
If you imagine these findings for an evolutionist today, it upsets the entire belief and puts in doubt everything we have been told. So certainly, if I found something like that, I would have to keep my mouth shut PERMANENTLY. One word, and that's it.

Probably they are buried in the same place where the half-man-half-monkey of the evolution theory at. Because as far as I know you did not found these either.
By the way,"gus" and "position" are right! Even in Mexico people have had found skeletons of 13 & 15 feet long, these were showed in a program named "The Incredible."
You should worry more about your soul than these fossils.

Rumor is they did find one. Backrooms in museums are full of things that don't fit with "scientists" views of the way things are supposed to be!

And we don't have their "fossils" because, perhaps, they were cremated after death.
