No.
If we could detect every single electrical blip between the trillions of connections in the brain we still wouldn't have a picture of the CHEMICAL signals that are passed across through synapses.
Let's assume we could. You have a detailed pic of someones brain, say over a few minutes and you know when and where electrical signals took place.... Now what?
We have no way of working out from those signals what the person was thinking - the best we could do is guess what kind of thing they were thinking about based on overall anatomy of the brain - if someone is driving along in a car the activity (unless they're new to it) will be mainly in the cerebellum - reading a book of philosophy might show more activity in the cerebrum.
So basically no matter how good our ability to detect the 'magnetic fields' it would mean nothing without an adequate theory of consciousness. I'd guess that the software in our brains is at least as amazing as the hardware it runs on and when we finally do unravel the answers they will be satisfyingly physical.

No.At a given moment trillions of synapses are active, all vital for life, not necessarily associated with thought processes. The synapses basically have 2 states-On or Off(just like a computer works). At two given moments, the total synaptic activity picture may be different. What we can measure is the sum total of magnetic fields due to individual synapses. So,we really can't interpret anything from it.....

no. man's mind is more complex, and the thinking process is also complicated. Only gross emotions may be detected by analysing the brain's magnetic fields.

Strange question. Are you on some strong medication right now? But there are some who think this is a viable theory. Take a look at these sites:

honestly , it is a scientifically proven fact that if a man thinks his brain kicks out enough electromagnetic energy to trigger a switch that will trigger whatever big spectacular event the switch starts, like running an electric train, or some other fancy chicanery, and a dead man kicks out no such electromagnetic energy at all.
that field has been the domain of mystical tricksters since the myans and Aztecs started carving such "science" on the walls of their temples.
