Print it & take a picture of it with the traditional camera.
That's what anyone who offers this service will do.

There is NO OTHER WAY.

Most photo labs can do that for you.

Printing and taking a picture of the print is an option but it's hardly the only way and most people don't have the necessary equipment to get the lighting right. You need a ring flash for that.

There are services that do that. You should be able to get one to do it, but it won't be cheap.
